Swampscott Basement Water Damage Repair & Cleanup
Basement water damage can be a breeding ground for mildew. The dark, damp nature of basements are the perfect conditions for fungi to develop. Frozen pipe water damage or outside forces such as storm and hurricane damage can especially be hard-hitting and speed up water in the basement. When you have a flooded basement you are not only risking structural damage to your home but because of the potential of spores, the health of yourself and others could be at risk. It’s critical to get basement water damage repair and removal started as soon as the damage is noticed. A flooded basement is not something you want to wait on. If you have water in your basement give GreenPro a call immediately so we can begin basement water damage repairs right away.
Sewage Backup Cleanup & Removal
Our water damage restoration company also provides safe sewage cleanup and sewage removal to keep you and your loved ones safe. Sewage damage can contain high amounts of harmful bacteria and there are serious health risks associated with it. This raw sewage can be difficult to cleanup and can be extremely hazardous if not handled by a professional. Whatever you do, do not try to clean up any mess that is coming from a sewage line. If you have sewage damage, call GreenPro as we are trained professionals with the right equipment to handle sewage backup cleanup and removal.

More About Swampscott MA
Swampscott was first settled in 1629 as the eastern part of Lynn, and was set off and officially incorporated in 1852. Swampscott was an important destination for the wealthy at the beginning of the 20th century. While Revere Beach, which lies just several miles down the road, has the honor of technically being America’s first public beach, Swampscott was the de facto first resort town. Lynn was the divider between the poor beach and the rich resort town. The name “Swampscott” comes from the language of a local Native American tribe, and means “red rock”.
Points of interest for Swampscott include the Harold A. King Town Forest.
